augh, I wish I can just hold down the mouse and go along the stars when sewing the leather. T.T so hard. Nonetheless, the game is really fun and good, I like a good challenge if I were to rate this I’d give it an 8/10.

this and all other games of this series are awesome. if you guys are having trouble here are a few tips.
1. keep giving the patient whiskey, this keeps them drunk. (there is a drunkenness meter next to their health) the more drunk they are, the slower their health goes down. KEEP THEM VERY DRUNK!
2. the bandage tool in the first mission may appear to be broken but its not! there is a small circular object produced on the top right corner of the screen. it has a rotating part to it that you rotate with the mouse. that is how the bandages are put on.

It’s easy because when it tells you to do something else, DON’T DO IT, keep shoving his face full of whiskey then after they are completely drunk SHOVE EVEN MORE WHISKEY IN THEIR FACE! (JUST USE THE SYRYNGE TO INJECT BEER INTO THEIR BLOODSTREAM! Joking about this part obviously…..) after they’re drukness meter is full, use 3 more glasses of whiskey THEN perform the operation.

you guys its not that hard once you get the hang of it. Pro Tip: Constantly use the whiskey on them and make sure that their drunkness meter is filled pretty high so there life doesnt deplete as fast. Hope that helps.

I beat the game!!!!
I see that a couple people are having trouble with the last level. To keep your will to live, just keep on pressing the space bar while you are doing the surgery. I did it and it works!! =)=)=)=)=)=)=)=)=):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Hugely glitchy, at the end, the saw just vibrates up and down uselessly. Not sure if it’s broken or if that’s supposed to happen, but I simply can’t get past that. :I
