Um…I just beat the game for the first time after playing it many times. My score was terrible: 2688.69999999865! This is because the Ball is EXTREMELY difficult to maneuver. BRII-V (all out so far besides this) are SO much easier to handle! Plus, when I got to Level 100 and it said about getting ready for a Master Ball, I could have sworn that I was about to fight a boss. When I saw that he just said some stuff, I nearly fainted; I was expecting a boss, which, for me, is almost the whole reason I play the BR games! This game is pretty darn bad. It is a little fun, but I still despise the way you move the Ball. It is really old though (about 5 years), so I don’t blame you, John.

Some of these levels are way too hard like level 90. Level 95, I think it is, with the temporary gap in the wall would I consider impossible, but maybe some good luck would let you through. I just waited for a yellow star tho

This is my 1st post after registering, & I love the site’s games.

But man, this game was hard! The physics were a train wreck, the level design was frustrating, & level 95 was pure evil! I also hate that stupid duck. But at least the sequels were far superior.

Here’s my opinion. I think level 90 and level 94 are basically IMPOSSIBLE, i had the luck to get a yellow star in both. Very good series, my fave is Ball Revamped 3 where I’m still trying to find the teleporter that DOESN’T skip you like 50 lvls i hate that. Final score:

The hardest I’ve played of the first five in the series, quite satisfactory just to complete it – hat’s off to those who actually managed to in record time.

Stage 90 was the trickiest to maneuver in but was possible to complete without powerups. For stage 94, use the game timer – the passage opens roughly every 9 seconds, hover above it and spam the down key half a second before. I agree that both are extremely hard.

Awesome game and loved the sequels too.

Guys, this game is REALLY old, so don’t expect him to make any changes to this one. The boss is what the new BR game are for. This game is more of a classic. It’s like the first BR game EVER.

I beat this game again today I got just over 2000 seconds. I know this game IS possible without powerups but some levels in the Clausterphobic Realm and Expert Realm are very hard without at least a forgiving walls or smaller ball. I don’t like how the powerups spawned randomly through time and location and some of the levels were poorly designed. I mean all you had to do was wait for a yellow star in the beginning of each level if you had the patience to keep dieing for it (that’s the biggest thing). I can understand the free levels I guess but some were pretty much free when you didn’t even indicate it! Yeah the physics weren’t too good and what with the 5 second countdown and the “get ready for the masterball” level and level 101? That was pretty much pointless inless you wanted to disappoint everyone; which you did a good job of doing. I agree with alot of people the bird could have been the boss lol. Some later realms and levels were easier than others which is kinda weird… and this one didn’t have a creator score but oh well I can cut you some slack for your first BR game. It was still pretty fun. This game isn’t that bad for super fast computers either!

I think you should make a BR game where your are in a box trying to survive as long as possible that was a good idea you had.

SPOILER ALERT HIDDEN POWERUP!!!!

I tried to play through the game again just now, and my new highscore is 1102 seconds! Just above half the time I just did it in! I did not find the hidden powerup because it is much rarer than the other but I remember the first time I played this that it jumped you to the next realm. Much better than the yellow powerup, which once I got and it didn’t even put me to the next level, but I think I died right when or after I got it, but still this game is glitchy. It even says v1.0 at the title screen but was never updated.

I had this idea a while ago… if the game BR 6 ever comes out, I think the final boss should be the giant ball that you see at the end of this game. Unless it would continue to a BR 7, i think a good way to end the series would be fighting the giant ball and claiming the title of the most powerful (and colorful) ball in the universe, or something.

Oh, and I found the hidden power up. I won’t say what it does (unless you already know or you tell me that you want to know what it is), but I can say that it isn’t supposed to actually skip you to another realm. I think that’s a glitch or a bug if you suddenly go to the next realm at random.
It’s most likely that everyone already knows what the hidden power up is though, so this comment doesn’t really matter.
