Synopsis: You crash land your balloon in a monster-infested area. To survive you must kill bad guys and repair your hot air balloon between waves of cohorts and visits from traveling arms dealers. In a way it’s a survival game, in another it’s a shooter, and in another way it’s a micromanagement game. It stars Mr. Top Hat once more in his third performance since Redeye and Next Floor.
So what should I call this thing? Should be done soon, just missing a name. It’s called “Survival” right now but that seems fairly simple. Best name gets a Special Thanks in the credits.

I don’t recall him ever having a name before, and this is his third game, so maybe “Mr. Top Hat and the Miscreations” would be good. Or you could focus on just the monsters. “Hellion Horrors” sounds like something good to work with.
Or you can even go sexy Latin with “Lusus Naturae!” 
Another idea would be to title it based on the aspect of him being stranded. “Aground and Unbound,” or “High and Dry” sound goos to me. Then again, I love the simplicity of “Hunted”

Just some ideas here but maybe something like “The Balloon”, “Sunrise: Australia”(or any variation of that), “Down”, “Wasteland”, “Time Management”, or if you want it to be the last Mr. Top Hat game, simply call it “The End”.
…Or you could go the less serious route of “H4nd5 0ff My B4ll00nzorz U Monstars!” or “Reach the Pretty Stars”.

Let’s see if I can remake the success of the SR3 christmas tree name. Oh… and sorry for the long post. I hope it’s read worthy.
Very few of your games have actual recurring themes in them, for instance both Mr. Elephant and Mr. Tophat have nothing in common in their game names. I don’t know if this is intended or not so I’ll just do some names that would be sweet without a theme and some with a connection to the old name. The main thing I can see are the numbers 1031. “The next floor” could have been named “Floor 1031″ or “To Floor 1031″ for instance without it sounding weird (remember, scyscrapers are tall in the gameworld). Usually shorter names are better than longer as well unless the longer ones are exceptionally witty.
As such you could use:
“Inertia 1031″ – Inertia can be interpreted in various ways, while being the thing that will eventually make the balloon move off the ground (hot air moving up) it can also sarcastically be seen as somethings unwillingness to get off the ground (your balloon as well).
“Ascension 1031″ “Transcension 1031″ – Self explanatory. Trying to ascend to the skies (vivid imagination gives this a deeper meaning) while also ascending from the zombies below to safety. A lot of hidden meanings going on here.
“Survival 1031″ – If you want to keep the original simple name, no fuzz, no weird things. =)
“Deflated 1031″ – Obviously the balloon itself is deflated but your spirits are also deflated (fright, sadness) if you crash in the middle of the marshlands with zombies and arms dealers coming after you.
I also had an idea about how to weave 1031 into the plot a bit more. It may seem off as it was the flight number in Redeye. To connect it to the game, I noticed you had the time at the bottom, how about making the final dawn (I assume there is a story setting and not only a survival until you fail game) just as the sun goes in over the dark marsh and he finally takes off in his balloon be 10:31 AM? Subtle enough to not be intrusive, but easter eggy and obvious enough for diehard JMTB02 fans to notice.
As for non-1031 names…
“Hostile Inflation” – Inflate the balloon while the number of zombies and arms dealers contantly inflates.
“Top Hat Inflation” – While again meaning mr. Top hat inflates his balloon it’s also a saying that roughly means that increased wages lead to inflation. Got nothing to do with the game, but gives the title an alternative meaning.

Kinda keeping with the brief and serious naming theme of the other games, “Grounded.” Not only does it say where the balloon is, but that Mr. Tophat has to be mentally grounded to survive. Maybe something else like “Downed” or “Down Field.” Or something entirely wild like “Land Excursion” or “Easy Pickings” since Tophat is vulnerable on the ground.
