Notice how its spelled FlipSide. The Nitrome version is Flipside. I dont know if that’ll make a difference, oh and I dont think anyone’s gonna file a lawsuit over a flash game.

flipside is the name of a game on nitrome(http://www.nitrome.com/games/flipside/) so I suggest that your change the name to something else beside flipside to avoid being sued

Flipside is a flash game by NitromeLimited who have copyrighted that name. If you don’t want a lawsuit against you, change the name of your game to be on the safe side. Good luck!
