    Went back to my college town for a few days, took a bunch of photos.

    Carlie and I found a part of the arboretum (tree and plant sanctuary) we never found before, finding these little awesome places is so much fun.  You live somewhere for 3 years and never realize there’s something awesome sitting there the entire time!  See the photos here.

    Yeah, I’ll grant you, you can find some interesting things when you take a good look, for example, near where I live, there’s this overgrown field with rusted husks of farm equipment strewn around, but if you manage to negotiate it there’s this serene little spot just beyond it, where there’s this willow tree hanging over a pond and it’s prettyful ‘n’ stuff. Mind you, I have killer hay fever so whenever I go anywhere near it I end up sneezing like crazy. Bloody flowers…
